Dipen Shah, highly motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) & Company Secretary (CS), having more than decade of professional experience in the Banking & Financial Services Industries, blend of Corporate & Consulting roles, with expertise into Global Fund Raising Strategies & Arrangements, Structure Finance, International Trade Transaction Funding Arrangements, Techno-Intelligent Operation Consulting & Risk -Compliance Management in line with regulators such as RBI, SEBI,FEMA,IFSCA.

He is first CA / CS from the Country for being appointed as Streeting Committee Member -Investment Vertical of BRICS CCI (Brazil, Russia, India, China & South Africa Commerce & Industry Chamber). The Vertical will closely work with Embassy of Member Countries for Cross Border Business & Trade Investments and support the Ministry of Commerce & Investment, Invest In India and NITI Aayog Programs of India.

His professional experience includes to work with ING Vysya Bank (ING Netherland Group Bank, now Kotak Mahindra Bank) and with top 10 Consulting Firms of India where he has served to Large PSU Banks, NBFCs, Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), BSE / NSE Listed Corporate, PSU Corporate ,MNCs and Family owned large corporate in various capacity of scope and has gained the specialized exposure into Oil & gas, manufacturing and engineering Sectors.

He is passionate to work on new techno-intelligent Ideas and love to play Golf apart from travelling.

His diversified contributing role includes Fund raising strategies & assistances, Global Trade Transaction funding arrangements, Techno-Intelligent Operation Consulting in line with regulatory, in addition to Risk & Compliance Management under RBI, SEBI,FEMA.

During His professional Stints he has served to Large PSU Banks, NBFCs, Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), BSE / NSE Listed Corporate, PSU Corporate and Family owned large corporate in various capacity of scope and has gained the Industry specialized exposure into Banking & Financial sectors apart from Oil & gas, manufacturing and engineering Industries.
