Prakash Prajapati is a well-versed in the field of Finance and Equity Broking. He has served in various capacities in the financial sector for over 20 years. He has been instrumental in the field of financial services, loan syndication, IPO and Equity Broking and Advisory Business. He has a wealth of experience in various aspects of finance, and he is known for his dedication to his work. He is an expert in the field of Equity and Broking industry.

His Professional experience includes working with LKP Shares and Securities Ltd and then FRR Shares & Securities Ltd. in the capacity of Vice President and Corporate core team member for Gujarat region during 2006 to 2016. During his assignment he expanded the branch networks at more than 100 locations in the time duration of 2 years. Before joining LKP Securities he has successfully started Gujarat operations for JRG Securities Ltd in the capacity of Equity Head.

He is passionate to work with dedication and very ambitious to achieve his desired goal.

He jointly promoted Rhythm Business Advisory Private Limited with Anish Shah and CA Hitasvi Pancholi to cater the advisory and Financial Engineering services to MSMEs and corporate.

He is responsible for the overall operations of the company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.
