CA Hitasvi Pancholi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has significant experience in almost every facet of the accounting profession. She is the founder and Partner of the firm HAPS AND Co and in that capacity looks after the entire range of practice. Her core area is determining entry and existing routes of companies, carrying business negotiations on behalf of clients, representation before authorities (Tax, RBI, etc.), Direct Taxes consultancy including GST, TDS, and Wealth Tax Matters, and rendering Consultancy on Accounting, Company Law and Indirect taxation.

She promoted Rhythm Business Advisory jointly with Anish Shah and Prakash Prajapati to cater the advisory services to MSMEs and corporations.

She is advising in the areas of Finance and makes an association with Factoring agencies across the globe.
